D is for Dinosaur

 The Preschool Prep Room had
Dinosaur Week recently and the
Preschool Bonus Room wrote
our March Memoirs last week.

D is for Dinosaur.

"Fossils" were made with Play-Doh.

We sorted dinosaur eggs.

We watched "The Land Before Time".

A barn was our first book
last Monday.

We decorated the cover and
wrote what animals we
might see on a farm and also
if we have been to a farm.

Tuesday we made fish books.

Our stories were about what we
might see in the ocean.

Wednesday we made flower books
and wrote about the signs of Spring
that we have been seeing.

Thursday was all about birds:
Where do they live?
What do they do?

Friday we used our finger prints to
make rain with our umbrella.

We wrote about if we like rainy days and
if we have any special rain gear.

See the Rocketship?

Jesus' Love is All Around Us!

We were so happy to be back in
Preschool after Spring Break!

We've learned a great song about
Jesus and His love for us.

Watch for a video of the song to be on the
Resurrection website (lcrstl.org) soon!

Spring has sprung!

We enjoyed a really fun time
outside on our playground.

So happy that God has given us such
good friends here at school.

Happy St. Pat's!

Before Spring Break we spent a
lot of time getting ready for
St. Patrick's Day in Pathways.

That Monday we made flies. The preschoolers
 made frogs that morning!

Tuesday we started getting ready for
St. Patrick's Day by making leprechaun hats.

We looked for the pot of gold
on Wednesday.

Thursday we made the rainbow.

We tore paper to make a shamrock on Friday.

We learned our numbers with
 a shamrock game.

We spent a couple days trying
to catch the leprechaun!

We read a book to find out
the best way to catch him.

We set a trap, but we didn't catch him!

He messed up our
rooms quite a bit!
