Before the break we had a
fun Gingerbread Week and
a few extra special days
before we took off for time
with our families.

| The first day of Gingerbread Week we decorated a house. |

| That Tuesday we made cookies! |

| Later in the day we decorated the Gingerbread cookies. |

| Wednesday we made a Gingerbread person's face using watercolors. |
 |
| Thursday we made hats! |
 |
| We made a whole Gingerbread Man on Friday. |
 |
| Later that day we made Gingerbread-scented playdough to play with. |
 |
| During the week we had a house to play in and color. |
 |
| The Monday before break we colored the nativity scene and learned about the Christmas story. |
 |
| Jesus is the reason for the season! |
 |
| The last Tuesday we made Baby Jesus in the manger. |
 |
| On our last day we used our fingertips to make the lights on our Christmas tree. |
