HealthWorks

 The First Year Preschoolers
visited the HealthWorks
Museum this week.

We saw a movie on dental health and
digestion in the Dental Health Theatre.

A "Super Scrubbers" presentation taught
us about hand hygiene and oral health.

We learned about making
 healthy choices!

There were many interactive exhibits.

This Dental Office continued
the lesson on dental health.

The Medical Office gave kids
 the opportunity to be
healthcare professionals.

The "pharmacists" could fill a
prescription in the Pharmacy.

The "Grossology" area allowed
visitors to experience the sounds
and smells of the body.

The Farmers Market gave kids
a chance to see how food gets
from the garden to the store
and then to their plates!

The Interactive Dude is a 55-foot long,
25-foot wide and 8-foot tall human skeletal
structure that all children can play on.

The leg slide.

The bone balance beam.

Digestive tract healthy eating game.

It was a fun day!
