Irish Traditions

Before Spring Break the kids
of Pathways had a great time
learning about St. Patrick's
Day and all the traditions.
We made a trap and tried to catch a
leprechaun. We didn't catch him, but
he did leave some candy!

Making green popcorn for snack time.
Where would you like to go in a hot air
balloon?  We answered that
question in these cute books.

The luck o' the Irish is with us!  We wrote
why we are lucky on our pots of gold.

Our friends and family make us happy!

What would you like to see if you
could travel to Ireland?

The kids would like to see castles, beautiful scenery
and that sneaky leprechaun!

Happy Green Day!
Happy St. Patrick's Day!

We wrote about what we do to
celebrate the holiday.

BINGO!

Calling the old days.

Playing with the magnet tiles.

Behold the "Monster Jam" raceway!

Snack time in the First Experience room.

Duke the Therapy Dog

"Duke the therapy dog"
came and visited our
Pre-K kids.
Duke's owner shared with us how Duke had to go to
school and even go through his own graduation.

He "works" at different schools, colleges, and
nursing homes calming students and residents.

Duke showed us how he "listens" to commands.

We ended by petting our new friend.

Dentist Visit

We started our week with
cooking days - a perfect time to
discuss healthy eating.  March is
dental health month and we
welcomed Dr. Kemlage.  He enjoys
sharing his dental skills with
Preschools in the area.

Enjoying the warm days as we get them!

Hard at work learning.

All our bright pink and red hearts
have been replaced with rich green
shamrocks and lephrechauns.

Spring is on the way,
God's Blessings!
