Spring Stories

 It was time last week
in Pathways for our 
monthly books.

In preschool the kids made frogs,
so in Pathways we made flies!

The books told what
they know about flies.

Tuesday the topic was squirrels.

We made Bee Books on Wednesday.

We wrote what we know 
about snails on Thursday.

Friday we painted clouds and rain.

We wrote if we like to play
in the rain, when it rains, etc.

Therapy Dog

The last few days
have been very busy 
for the Preschoolers.  

They made Leprechaun Sticks for
snack at the end of last week.

They were so "lucky" to enjoy this
special snack that they made!

Iroh the Therapy Dog came
 to visit the Pre-K classes.

The kids learned the difference
between a Therapy dog
 and a Service dog.

Even canine companions need
to practice good dental hygiene.

The kids were taught the correct
way to approach and pet a dog.

The Pre-K classes have begun
learning special songs for
the Closing Program.

It will be here before we know it!

Festive Fun

 Before Spring Break we
were thinking about 
St. Patrick's Day and
other fun things!

We talked about eggs and birds
and we made these colorful nests.

Another day we talked about desserts
and when you might make a pie.

Tuesday we talked
about what is up
 in the sky.

Did anyone fly for
Spring Break?

The end of the week brought
St. Patrick's Day fun.

We made a couple 
different leprechauns.

We heard stories about trying
to catch the leprechaun.

We planned out our trap.

We set our trap and tried to
catch the leprechaun!

He messed up our room
and left a note, but we
didn't catch him!

It was a fun time
before our break!
