Purple Day

 

Hello from Preschool!

We have been busy inside talking about
and making Spring decorations.

We've had a break in the weather, Yay!
For a little while anyway...

No Winter allowed in the education wing.

Stop by for a visit, you will see
birds, flowers, sunshine and lots
of smiling students.

  

A favorite subject is Jesus Times.
Talking about new life is always fun.

The kids are always ready for a
color day celebration.

Yay purple day! It was fun naming all
the purple things they could think of
in the whole wide world.

Signs of Spring

We are hoping to see

Spring any day now!

In the Pathways Preschool Bonus
Room we saw the beautiful
 colors of the rainbow.

What brings a rainbow? - Rain!

After the rain, hopefully we
will see some flowers.

Working in our garden.

The Preschool Prep Room spent time
working with beads this week.

We also had fun with our puzzles.

Did anyone find a turtle
 at their house?

The Story of Easter

Before Spring Break we wrote books

 about Easter in Pathways.

In the Preschool Bonus Room we learned
 about Jesus and what Easter means.

We wrote what we learned in our books.

Later in the week we talked about
how we celebrated the holiday.

The Easter Bunny was spotted around 
school, so that was a fun thing to 
write about in our books.

In the Preschool Prep Room we read
stories and have special learning
activities during our Circle Time.

Easter Bunny Visit

Welcome Back! We hope you
had a wonderful break
and a blessed Easter. 

Before the break, the preschoolers 

learned what Easter is really about

 but were very surprised at the

 appearance of the Easter Bunny!

We learned that the
Easter Bunny rides in style!

The kids playing in the gym
were surprised to see the
Easter Bunny peeking at them!

When the preschoolers returned
 to their classrooms they found
 they were a mess!

We believe the Easter Bunny
snuck in to fill their bags with
treats and made the mess!
