Dino Week

From past to present we learned 

about all kinds of creatures 

in Pathways this week.

We went back in time in

the Preschool Prep Room

and learned about dinosaurs.

We had fun playing with our
"Dino Slime".

The dinosaurs left prints.

We even made "fossils".

D is for Dinosaur.

We learned about animals in the
First Experience Room, too!

In the Preschool Bonus Room we
made animals with our food.

Here is our cheese stick octopus.

Wednesday we made caterpillars.

What a beautiful butterfly.

Friday we found worms in the "dirt".

Learning in our free time.

Science Center

This week the Pre-K took a 

field trip to the Science Center.

We learned how to "build, 

test, and fix" our creations 

using recycled materials.

Hearing the story of the "Three Little Pigs".

Building our houses.

the "Big Bad Wolf".

against the wolf.

April Showers

Well it seems we are having all 

the seasons in one week!

We are getting outside when 

we can and talking about Spring. 

In the Preschool Bonus Room we
splashed through the April Showers.

We colored shaving cream and
used it to paint umbrellas.

Of course we also used the
 shaving cream to play on the table.

Sometimes we see turtles in
our yard in the Spring
(maybe or maybe not Ninja turtles).

The rain usually brings beautiful flowers.

For purple day we painted an octopus.

Happy to finally get outside!

Everyone loves the new train table.

Counting Ball Canister.

We take turns counting the balls,
saying what type each one is and then
putting it in the canister to work on
our fine motor skills.
