February is heart month
and our preschoolers
learned a lot about their
hearts and staying healthy.

| We saw a video "Heart Power" and learned about eating healthy and the good things that play and exercise do for us. |

| Even as a little child we learned that we can start early to be sure to be heart healthy forever! |
